CDI-Cast™ is a series of clinical documentation audio training sessions by Dr. Ruthann Russo conveyed via the cdicast.com website.

How do I access CDI-Cast™ sessions?

Simply go to the cdicast.com website and click on the Customer Access Area. When prompted, enter your username and password.

What is required to access a CDI-Cast™ session?

To access a CDI-Cast™ session you will need a pc with a broadband Internet connection and working speakers, a web-browser, and a current version of Macromedia’s Flash player (available for free at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).

What file format are the CDI-Cast™ sessions in?

CDI-Cast™ sessions are in MP3 file format, a widely used format for digital audio and music.

Can I download the CDI-Cast™ sessions?

Yes, in addition to streaming from the Internet, you can download the individual audio files and play them through readily available software such as Windows Media Player or iTunes.

Is there a corresponding presentation available for the CDI-Cast™ sessions?

Each CDI-Cast™ session includes a presentation that you can download in either Microsoft’s PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format.

Can I get extra usernames for my organization?

Each customer receives a single username and password to access the cdicast.com website and the training sessions.  If there are multiple individuals within your organization who need to be trained, you can download the sessions to you organization’s network, Intranet or learning system.

How can I retrieve a lost password?

You can request your password be sent to you at https://www.cdicast.com/amember/login.php by entering either your username or email address and it will automatically be sent to the email address you registered with.  If you are unable to retrieve a password, please contact us using the feedback form at https://www.cdicast.com/about/contact.php.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password at https://www.cdicast.com/amember/profile.php

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can order online and pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Google Checkout for immediate access to the CDI-Cast™ training sessions.  If your organization requires the use of a purchase order(subject to approval) or check, you can download an order form from https://www.cdicast.com/amember/signup.php and fax it to DJ Iber Publishing at 610-882-3755.
